(More customer reviews)I am very disappointed with the product ... so much I uninstalled it. It installs very easily (within 5 minutes) but it broke in two places after less than 5 minutes of use. The backing holder for the iPad is a hard snap on case. It has a very tight fit and is very brittle. The top left corner cracked just from taking the iPad out of the holder. The other part that broke was the mounting assembly that connects the iPad backing to the flexible arm. The flexible arm is difficult to adjust with one hand and if you try to swing the position by holding onto the iPad the mounting assembly breaks off. They also mention in the description that it is easy to pivot between portrait and landscape. That is not true. You have to loosen 2 screws in order to tilt and pivot it. Not exactly easy to do if you are driving and want to flip Pandora or your GPS app into landscape mode.
