(More customer reviews)I saw this on Amazon and thought it would be perfect for my daughter's DVD player.
It arrived, extremely well packaged, not damaged at all. I installed the headrest mount with minimal problems (and that part was great) - as soon as we tried to put the DVD player holding part on it broke in 2 pieces and we immediately called Amazon, ghot a refund and decided we didn't want another one if it can break that easily.
I would not normally have put this review on Amazon, but when asked for a review earlier, I wrote pretty much the same as this and THEN was called by the company, who claimed to be Amazon, they told me to delete my review as the item was broken in transit, when I said no it was not it arrived in perfect shape and only snapped in half on install (and we were being gentle with the thing too, being as it's only made of plastic), she then told me once more to delete it, and I refused.
So be warned, this item may or may not break easily, I only know the one I got DID, so I ordered a different product from Amazon instead - a car table that attaches to the headrest too).
Any company that tries to force a customer to delete a slightly negative review is not someone I will be doing any business with in future.
