(More customer reviews)All the pictures show that a person will be elevated the full height of the cushion by using this cushion. But in fact,the cushion holds absolutely no weight and flattens down to where the two covers are touching. It is entirely useless for me as I was anticipating LIFT.
I would like to know the method of returning them and getting credit.
