(More customer reviews)The headrest is rather lumpy and not what I had expected when I read "memory foam".I thought it would be a piece of memory foam.The cover is removable for washing, and that's when I saw the mangled mass of foam squashed and twisted and placed in a netting.It is a little big to set between the back of your neck and the car headrest.
Overall, it is usable and does give some comfort, but I've had better ones.
