(More customer reviews)I ordered this product 3 weeks before my sons 16th birthday and 2 days before his birthday, I still didn't have the product, it was no where to be found and all they could say is that they would track the package and that they are responsable for lost or stolen products. The day before his birthday after e-mail a few times they replied and said they would refund my money. I have a business of my own and I would have over nighted the product so that the customer would have it for holiday they wanted it for. Remember CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is what makes customers decide if they will order from you agian, and I will never order from this company agian! Hope anyone reading this and decides to use this company, hope you don't have the disappointment that I had with my first time using this company.Thank you for your time and have a good day!
